Gridfinity Customizer - third-party components

The customizer's own interface code is a separate program that sends parameters to
the components below and receives an STL back. The components are distributed here
under their own licences, reproduced in this folder.

1. OpenSCAD (WebAssembly build)                      GPL-2.0-or-later
   Files: openscad.6754d7edc2.mjs, openscad.ca81ad3d2e.wasm
   Version: OpenSCAD development snapshot 2025.01.19, as compiled in the
   openscad-wasm-prebuilt 1.2.0 npm package.
   Modification: the embedded base64 WebAssembly was moved into the separate
   .wasm file and initWasm() accepts a precompiled module. Nothing else changed.

   The WebAssembly binary also contains OpenSCAD's own dependencies (CGAL,
